Can you write an ebook to boost your business?
If you're not using eBooks and software to promote your business, set you up as an expert, and generate more revenue then you are missing out on one of the truly remarkable tools on the internet.
The first step to creating an eBook is simple; decide what you want to talk about. The next step is to write the book. But what if you're not a writer? You have two choices, you can hire a freelance writer to do the work for you, or coauthor the book. Trust me, there are thousands of writers out there who will do the work for the exposure and a small amount of cash. Your business idea can set them up as an expert as well.
The other option is just brilliant. You can talk your book. How? Join Skype and then call up a friend or business associate and talk about your business or product. You can then download the audio and send it to a transcribing company who will turn your talk into a book for about .01 cent per word. Or you can use a downloadable talk to text software. Then convert your document into a pdf file and save it to your computer.
Now here's the tip that's the difference between a bestselling eBook and the loads of junk clogging in the information superhighway right now.
Your book doesn't have to be grammatically perfect. Your eBook doesn't have to be pretty, or fancy. What it must do is tell people information they can use, preferably in a fun and entertaining fashion. And it must have an incredible title. Don't write a book called, GAS TIPS. Write a book called, 5 GAS TIPS THAT WILL SAVE YOU $200 EVERY TIME YOU FILL UP AT THE PUMPS!

Once you create your eBook, start building your list. Then create an outrageous offer to give your book away for free! What!? Why would you give your book away for free? To build your list. Then, go back and rewrite your book with even more valuable information to turn it into a premium product. Add DVDS, or Audio CD's, or workbooks and manuals, or software, and send your e-mail list an offer; since they enjoyed the free eBook, perhaps they would be interested in this incredible package deal.
You can continue to write eBooks and create download software for as many products as you can consider. And you can turn your eBook author hobby into a lucrative career, or just add additional revenue streams to your existing business.
